Naloxone hydrochloride 0.4 mg/1 ml/amp

中毒物質：

Opioids

Morphine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Methadone, Pentazocine (Sosegon), Codeine, Narcotine, Propoxyphene, 

Dextromethorphan, Nalorphine, Buprenorphine, Etorphine(M99), Dihydroetorphine, 

劑量：

新生兒：0.1 mg/kg。

兒童及成人：0.4-2.0 mg，IV，若無效可每 2-3分鐘重覆此一劑量共 2-3 次，一般用量不超過 3 mg 。若持續治療仍無效果，應懷疑非鴉片類藥物中毒，若中毒嚴重且症狀持續者，可使用靜脈持續注射；每小時注射量為初始達到清醒狀態劑量之 2/3 (或一般可每小時使用0.4-0.8 mg)。

注意事項：

建議留取尿液作opiate screen。
