Pralidoxime (2-PAM) 500mg/20ml/amp
中毒物質：Organophosphate Insecticide (Parathion、Mevinphos、Methomidaphos Dimethoate 、Dichlorovos 、Trichlorophos、Chlorpyrifos )
劑量：
成人劑量：
Loading dose: 2g IVD 30 mins
Maintenance dose: 10 mg/kg/hr (maximum 500 mg/hr)
兒童劑量：
Loading dose: 30 mg/kg (maximum 2 g)
Maintenance dose: 10 mg/kg/hr (maximum 20mg/kg/hr or 500 mg/hr)
開始治療後若症狀改善，無症狀時間滿 24 hrs 時可考慮停用Pralidoxime
若病人之APACHE Ⅱ score ≧ 26 或使用Pralidoxime治療總時數超過72 hrs但仍持續有症狀，建議與毒藥物諮詢中心聯繫。
注意事項：治療nicotinic effect。收集全血2 ml 偵測RBC & Plasma Cholinesterase活性。
